I find that once you get over the s--t weasels, the rest is a piece of cake.

I really don't have a problem with the s--t weasels, I mean, if I can take the Badlaa on The X-Files seriously (he terrified me) I can handle some bowel dwelling aliens. The weasels are no nowhere near as ridiculous as the killer Coke machine in Tommyknockers.

I just read it for the first time and enjoyed it. I could write a 20 paragraph review listing all the things I didn't like (or flat out hated) but I was still entertained. By the first half much more than the second.

Ah yes, the movie, I also liked it - in parts. Some of the acting was good, like young duddits and Jason lee's character (can't remember some of the character's names). However, the ending was as bad as morgan Freemans eye brows.

It's been a while since I've seen it from start to finish but my main gripe was the ending also. I was glad the book was less corny.
