...more like a comic book in my case...Well I could say what my ex-hubby used to say to me:
"It's a short story!"
(Just kidding!)
...it's no problem a'tall...just being my usual charming wise-ass self...and I had to poke some good natured fun at Diane...My first attempt at replying to you came with an attachment of a picture showing Christmas bobbles ( a graphic I was doing for work ) I don't know how I managed that and then I just got completely muddled up trying to correct !

...love the comic, and I can be intelligent, I just don't want to besmirch my reputation as the Resident Village Idiot...
Don't put yourself down! - I have met you and you strike me as very intelligent
Your pictures crack me up - don't stop posting them...love the comic, and I can be intelligent, I just don't want to besmirch my reputation as the Resident Village Idiot...
Try finding a book of substantial length (not something like Pat the Bunny) without typos then come back and show me. See you... never.I just finished reading Mr Mercedes and did enjoy the book and the characters. BUT....finding typos urks me like crazy. How can they slip through?? The Authors Note states that the book was edited and then reedited. . Wow.... None the less, good book Mr. King.

My friend, you're reputation is well intact!
...thanks so much for telling me twice!....what I said!....
Thanks for your reply. It is human to err. Guess they got the "urks" part of my statement. And I also did find the forum to speak about errors which I must say, was interesting.Having worked on (several) SKMB's over the years as a beta tester, I can tell you it does happen from time to time. There have been occasions while testing new sites that things have slipped past several of us before it's been caught... even when we're all completely focused. I think it's called being human.
You too - come back and post here some more - it is always good to hear others opinions. There are lots of threads to explore! Thanks for your reply. It is human to err. Have a nice day everyone...happy reading
