Reply Issue

There's an issue with the "reply" link on all posts and it just started a few hours ago. I was able to click on "reply" all day today but a few hours ago when I clicked on "reply", I just got flashing green bars on the right hand corner, top right hand corner. If I right click on reply and tell it to open in a new window or a new tab, it opens a new window or tab and lets me reply normally but if I just left click on it, nada. I also noticed that "Edit" seems to be having the same exact issue. I do not think this is related to the 73 version of Chrome because like I said, both edit and reply were working fine just a few hours ago so unless the site was updated within the last few hours, something else went wonky. Could it be due to the fact my account was "upgraded" since I hit the 100 post mark?
"Quote" however works perfectly fine.

Only "quote" is working for me with left clicks, edit and reply are still dead in the water with left clicks but the updates in progress are probably why because the flashing bars on the upper right hand corner, that usually means the server is trying to do its thing and can't due to updates or a reboot or what have you. Been awhile since I worked with coding on forums so I could be wrong.
