I found out yesterday, at 5pm Irish time, that Dolores from the Cranberries(Dreams, Linger and Zombie) was found dead in her hotel room in Park lane. She was from Limerick and everybody in Ireland is shocked, she was only 46. RIP Dolores, gone far too soon.

I didn't know her and I never met her, but she seemed like a sweet person.
She was taking a lot of medications for severe back pain. I have also been doing the same for my back problems. Her death was like a wakeup call for me to tone it down.
I'm sorry if I'm not supposed to bump this up. But I'm so "glad" to find a thread for her here. January 15th was the day our world turned upside down. My husband and I were devastated when we found out that night; Dolores and The Cranberries have always been a huge part of both our lives (we even met each other because of them). On the 23rd I took the day off from work so we could follow the live broadcast of her funeral mass on the radio. We were both in tears.
