It's a corker! Shame it doesn't get much attention.
You may thank me after you've read it. It features two of the most well written female characters in fiction.
You both seem to have a good track record.
I'll give it a try. It's not new to me, I just never gave it a chance.
I really wish it would be made into a film. Can you imagine? And I don't mean some Lifetime movie-of-the-week either! Don't really much care for her but I think Jennifer Lawrence would be great as the Mom.

Me, too! I appreciate your bidding on it! I really need some $ right now to start putting away for my trip to Paisley Park. After this batch of books I may put up some of my original Running Man paperbacks. We shall see.It went out of my price range so fast! AS far as I know there's only been two adaptions from his short stories.

Yesterday I ordered books on the recs of Kurben and Holly Gibney , and today I had to order more McCammon (I HAVE to know what Mine is like, and Queen of Bedlam HC was only $3.59, and then there was a copy of They Thirst for around the same... *sigh*. I will never get this book thing under control

Also, skimom2... check out Mine... it terrified me.
Those are hard to find, my friend. Plus, they are the same size as the original trade paperbacks so it throws me off every time I look at my shelf and see this small hardcover next to the regular ones. It just looks so strange. The signed/limiteds that were published by River City (publisher of the hardback of Speaks The Nightbird) go for hundreds.

Oh, yes!! I would reread it, but I have so many other McCammons to get to: The Five, The Wolf's Hour, Gone South, the Matthew Corbett series, the I Travel by Night trilogy, et cetera... So many!In a good way, right?
Meh, I'll skip it then. I'm fine with my trade paperback-- it's in perfect condition and it's siiiiiigned.
