I'm looking forward to seeing a screenshot of these. I'm also interested in how they are gonna go about making them. Seems like a fairly big job for someone to get them just right.

Is there anything you're looking forward to seeing?

Of course I wanna see what Roland will be wearing too. The wizards rainbow.

Would be nice if they did a behind the scenes thing to show certain processes, interview's an so on.

Sadly, I don't think either Roland's outfit nor this equipment will remotely resemble the image we have in our minds. I expect that instead of on his last leg in simple worn, clothes the Elba Gunslinger will be in a big duster, a full rig, and his guns are not going to be the simple, elegant revolvers with the sandalwood grips. About the only thing we might see is his "purse" but most likely it will be replaced with something bigger and more complex.

1) Hollywood will not do the book's costumes and props, but what people "expect" to see in a Western.
2) They have all but eliminated the context of Roland's outfit as we know it in the books.
3) If Roland's knife comes up at all (and the whittling the key even remains in the story), it will be some Jim Bowie Knife monstrosity.
