Just wondering why any issue was not signed by king. I can see the gift edition not being signed but the tray case to 750 I believe it was wasn't signed either. The Lettered edition numbered to 52 wasn't signed either. Is this normal?

I plan on picking one up somewhere (somehow) and then hoping to get the man himself to sign it.
It's been his decision the past few years not to sign limited editions (with some exceptions) and that will most likely be the case going forward as well.
In my opinion, those are the best and most priceless editions.
