I'm watching. Haven't watched the last one yet.

I agree, if Sarah spends one more episode bawling, my head is going to spin clean off its axis.

I have not watched this week's yet. I am not sure about it. Love the clowns but do not like Sarah Paulson's character this time around. At all. She seems to be overacting. And I'm not crazy about politics being so front and center. Sick of that.

Have not decided yet whether to stick it out or give up. :chew:

I haven't found any character I like much, really. But I'm trying to stick it out as I think I see where it's going. But they just keep making such dumb decisions.
Hey, I'm constantly freaking out and yelling about clowns that no one else can see. The restaurant alarm is going off late at night. Hey, I got this!! :facepalm_smiley:

And by the way, I have to fast forward the opening credits. Too much!!

I guess I don't much care for Ally either since I keep wanting to slap her upside the head and tell her to get a grip. And yeah, she gets it into her head to do the stupidest things :(

The opening credits are chilling and cringe worthy bloody. I'm not going to spoiler this since it's the opening credits :) Y'know those clowns who emerge from the coffins and one is holding a red balloon? I keep thinking Pennywise made a guest appearance :)

Does the ice cream truck make you think of Brady?

What is that one clown pulling out of the top hat?

And what's the deal with the bees? Are we supposed to think cultists and hive minds? Or is it all the holes in the honeycomb? (I never knew before that there was a phobia for the fear of holes.)

I love the spooky carousel :) I'm not for sure but I think there's been a carousel in most of the season's opening credits.

OK, is anyone else watching?? I'm caught up and ready to discuss!! ;-D

Anyone? Bueller?

Do y'all think the clowns are real or imagined? I think they might be Kai's minions dressed up as clowns. I had thought Dr. Vincent might be the cult leader since he knew about everyone's phobias but now I suspect he's just a minion. Was the grocery store cashier a minion or were the clowns in the store imagined? What's with the truck spraying pesticides? The smiley faces remind me of Brady but I think there really was a smiley face killer in the past and Kai tells Ally to have a nice day which I always associate with smiley faces.

Clowns are definitely real. I suspect Dr. Vincent, too but not sure if he's above Kai. Cashier - minion! That green spray! Yikes! But, I think I am liking the season, just NOT the opening credits. ;;D
P.S. on a non related note, I'm waiting on the last Maze runner book from the library ;-D

This week's episode was much better, I thought.
I also think the therapist guy is the ringleader but also think Sarah Paulson's wifey is in on all of it. Do not even know their names yet, ha! Oh, the babysitter, she is creepy. I liked her on Scream Queens too.
Agree with your spoiler
on both the therapist leader and the wifey.

lol... I'm glad I was able to discuss the Maze Runner trilogy with your daughter while it was still fresh in my head :)

Oh! Well that's an interesting thought! :wha:

The thought that Ivy might be in on it never even crossed my mind. Do y'all think Ivy and Kai's sister might be working together? Could the first nanny have been murdered so that Winter could become Oz's nanny?

Why do y'all think Ally is being targeted?

Watched the first three episodes of season 7. I might stop watching it's terrible, AHS is not the same, this started from Hotel and Roanoke.

I had difficulty getting into Hotel and I didn't much care for Roanoke but I like Cult so far :) I don't really understand how people become attracted to cults. Is Scientology considered a cult?

What's your favorite AHS season? I loved Murder House.

Murder House was my favorite. I really enjoyed Hotel just for the fact that with so many people checking in and checking out, there was a new storyline basically every week, with the common characters running through them all. Some episodes of that season weren't that good, but overall, I liked the premise.

Roanoke was a slog for me.

I'm going to guess the scene in the opening credits that makes you fast forward through them is the same scene I have a hard time with. :(

The scene with the dog... I wish horror authors and script writers would figure out that even those of us who love horror and have no problems with killer clowns have big problems with animal deaths :( I almost quit reading Mr Mercedes when Brady mixed rat poison with ground beef to give to Odell.

I loved episode 4 :) It's a prequel and answers a bunch of questions. Evan Peters was phenomenal. I cannot think of another actor who can look as angry and menacing as he can. He reminds me a bit of David Koresh.
I thought it came on tonight! Sounds like I'll have to get caught up then!=D And yep to the credits!

I've never seen an episode of AHS, any season. All your talk about the opening credits made me Google a video of it. I've seen episodes of Scooby Doo that were creepier! What are you all talking about??? ;;D
:p Discounting the massive amounts of blood that gets splashed around...
the dog looks too much like my fur baby.

But that blood is so copious it loses any shock value. It's just a bunch of red.

I love animals. I love them so much I don't believe in keeping them as pets, but that's another story. That said, I can easily disassociate violence to animals depicted in movies, etc. from the real thing. But that's just me. I respect your being offended/shocked by it.

Nothing in that opening sequence creeped you out? Ok, let's see if this snippet from AHS: Freakshow's opening sequence creeps you out. It used to send shivers up my spine :)

Animated gif's won't c&p for me :( Click this link to see it.
