....this another that cuts deep.....for me, Moore was the epitome of class, suaveness and being debonair.....he and Sean are my "Bonds" and I also enjoyed him immensely as The Saint....

Although Pierce Brosnan was the Bond of my youth, the first Bond movie I recall ever seeing was one of Roger Moore's. I believe it was Moonraker. On VHS. As cheesy as it was, the idea of James Bond kicking butt in space and riding off into the sunset on a space shuttle... it certainly made my imagination run wild as a kid.

One thing that, ahem, bonded my parents and I together were James Bond movies. My dad, my mom, and I could talk Bond movies for days on end. Roger Moore was one of my favorites.

He's the first one of the Bonds to pass on, I believe. What a sad day. Sadder still that it is tough to grieve so soon after Chris Cornell's passing and the events going on around elsewhere.

R.I.P. Sir Roger Moore.

I love Mooraker , It's hilariously funny and Jaws steals the show in that film. :D
