I was just looking through the 2006 Subterranean Press limited edition of The Green Mile and was wondering how many of us fellow SKMB members have their name listed in the back of the sixth volume that states that we had sat on ol' Sparky and gone on to a better place? For those of you that don't know what I am talking about, let me explain. When the announcement was made that Sub Press was going to do a limited edition of The Green Mile, anybody who pre-ordered it could have their name added to a list of inmates at the back of the book who had been executed via Ol' Sparky. I thought it was a great idea! How cool to have ones name appear in a Stephen King book, right?! Especially one as cherished as it has become to so many.

Not me. I didn't even know what you were referring to until you explained it. That's cool though. I assume your name is there kingricefan?
Nope, used my real name for that one. I wanted to be a part of the King universe so no alias' for me. I saw Rocky Wood's name in there and John Hanic and Bev Vincent. Of course King's is in there as is Frank Darabont.

Thank-you that is so cool. Green Mile is my favorite of all. I love the role of John Coffey.
It's a beautiful edition- all six parts are published individually like the paperbacks were. Comes in a real nice slipcase. You should see if you can find a copy. There's also new illustrations from Mark Geyer, the guy who did all of the original ones for the paperbacks. Way cool!

I should look around. I hadn't heard of this one before.
