Do tours actually go past his house? On the one hand you'd think that would seem a bit intrusive, but it does look kind of special with the way the gate looks.

There is a video on Youtube of a couple (I think it's a couple) driving through his neighborhood and past his house. The woman is very enthusiastic and the man seems a bit embarrassed by it (it almost feels like a couple out of a short story of his). The woman says he lives in a creepy neighborhood and I agree, it's all these big, old houses, but it's real quiet on the street. The house next to him looks like the house from Psycho a bit.
Is there really a baseball field right behind his house? It does almost not seem the place for it.

...yes, tours actually will take you by the house, I wouldn't call it a home anymore-since it has been a long time since he resided there on a regular basis, and he also owns the big house next to his...he donated the money to have a baseball field built, but I don't believe it was behind the house on Broadway....

I don't know about that baseball field but there is a really nice indoor pool. The water temperature is just perfect and it's not far from the kitchen.......
