I would like to know what I need to do or contact to find out if I can get the design for Sleeping Beauty as a tattoo?

The cover art was done by Frederico Bebber according to the dustjacket but I don't have any information about how to contact him as he was hired by Scribner to do the illustration. I'll see if I can find out from them how to get in touch for permission.
I did a Google search for his name and came up with this link. It appears you can message him from that page.

I am not religious and i doubt I would "covert to Orthodox Judaism".
