More than 20 years ago, a complete stranger I met on-line saved my life. And I mean that literally. She taught me how to live with my allergies. That may sound weird...but doctors could make a diagnosis of allergies, but they really don't know how hard it could be to live with them. This person, who was a teen at the time, taught me.
Over the weekend she shared a post on Facebook. It is a Crowdfunding page set up for one of her IRL friends who was injured in the attack in Charlottesville. Although I do not know Star, I have complete faith in my friend who does know her. And even though they have exceeded the amount they were hoping for, between medical expenses, lost wages, therapy, etc., I'm sure her expenses will be much higher.
Anyone wanting to help, please follow the link.
