....even though death is inevitable, I kinda hoped in my heart of hearts that our friendly neighborhood comics creator would never die-superheroes aren't subject to mortality limits are they??.....dammit!!!!!....this carved off a big chunk of my ever comic lovin' soul.....the words "legend" and "genius" have been smashed like something that pissed off the Hulk, but Uncle Stan was both-from age 19 to 95....he solely and sometimes with team effort, created life-like/flawed immortals on the pulp page.....his legacy is guaranteed a hundred times over....'nuff said.....Excelsior!!!!!!!.....

I know what you mean, i always thought Stephen Hawking is immortal (Ok Stephen and Stan are immortal...in one Way or another)
