Referring to the movie I guess ... I saw 'Love & Mercy' yesterday, and I must say that R. C. was brilliant in that one. Have always liked his work but I think he's one of those actors who always seem to color the character with just a little bit too much of his own persona. But in 'L&M' he didn't! Can't remember what he was like in '1408'. What did you think?

Definitely want to see Love & Mercy...big BB fan here. Cusack was pretty good in The Raven, which I watched recently. 1408 was good as well.

Just watched this movie again. In the movie theater, it was creepy; but, watching it alone...with no one else in the house...at night...

Then I have a bad habit of analyzing movies, and started thinking of locked rooms in dreams symbolizing repressed memories and neglected aspects of the personality...yada yada.

Embrace the dead but it's better to embrace life for as much time as anybody's got. I believe in reincarnation, but not like 'oh, I'm Cleopatra', but I really think you can get some floating spirits that can see an empty vessel.

Your'e good at doing that stuff. How can you do these images? What possessed you to say the 1890's. Why not the 1820's? There's a little guy in a box on the table and I think it could be Arthur. That's picture is a bit creepy, actually.
It is easy - just find a pic on the internet if you can and right click on it. Then when you go to your posting window, right click again and choose 'paste".

Here I will try it again:

The one image above (the ghost dancing with King) is something I may have saved on my computer. I try not to do this too much as it gets a bit cluttered after a while.

If you want to post a picture from your computer that you have saved, then you use the 'upload a file' button down below.

Hope this helps!
=D:encouragement:

p.s. the picture already said "1890s" on it, when I copied it :eek-new::wink:

By the way - 'what possessed me?' hehehe - I love puns!

1408 and That Feeling, You Can Only Say What It Is In French are two short stories that truly scared me. They sneak up on the reader and fester under the Spooky Nerve in your neck and release a billion micro goosebumps. How does he keep finding those things that scare us? I've had three nightmares from his books (that I remember) and they were from Pet Sematary, The Dark Half, and The Shining. The movie version of 1408 was really good but I prefer the story, it just worked better on the page.

That Feeling, You Can Only Say What It Is In French makes me feel like I am drunk or stoned when I read it/listen to it on audio. It's so strange. It's like Groundhog Day in hell.
