Hey Deenie, wanna squeeze my weenie?

No wonder that poster had trouble with pre verted words in Dr. Sleep.

Q: What was Danny playing with, while waiting for his father to come home from the interview, in the Novel 'The Shining?'
I remember his dad bought him a purple model car to put together when they first came to the Overlook. But the part that you are referring to...I think it was a toy airplane? I was going to say paddle and rubber ball but that was Leo in the Stand.

Q: In The Talisman, who was it that first taught Jack to "flip"?

In Desperation, Johnny Marinville's editor, Bill Harris, gave Steve Ames the Five Commandments...thou shalt not drink with him...thou shalt not score drugs or women for him...thou shalt not cover up for him. What is the Fifth Commandment?

For the cologne George Stark wears, let's just say, given your homeland, you should know this brand out of everyone here. Two words.
Only just seen this mate, I answered it on Saturday
English Leather [/spoiler ] It only took me 48 hours to find. Would still be looking if it wasn't for your middle of the book, clue.

;-D I didn't realize how obscure that question was, until I started thinking about it. I feel like I should buy you a pint to make up for it, ha!
Next question: Did Ben Mears part his hair on the right or left? ;)
On a serious note...was English Leather popular in the UK like it was here in the 70s? I remember my dad wore it when I was a kid.

I need to read this again. It's been so long. I remember he picked up the punk chick from another book, Rose Madder. Cynthia something. Does he slam on the brakes?

naw...the commandment was "but especially not female...which was probably why Steve Ames never hesitated when he saw the girl standing beside the road just outside Ely--the skinny girl with her nose bent and her hair dyed two different colors. He just pulled over and stopped."
