...I'm certainly no Adonis, if it's something you want-then vanity be damned...
Yes, yeah, I know but self image is something I've struggled with all my life. You'd think at 53 I'd be OK by now, but all those years of high school bullying did a number on my noggin. I'm much, much better than I've ever been, but there's still a few things for me to figure out. Who knows, maybe one day I'll get that tat!

Thanks for the hugs Holly!
Yes it does. I have been in a committed relationship with my husband for 20 years, I have a great job that people would fight me for, a wonderful family, have lost and kept off about 60 lbs. since HS... and at times I am still that fat kid in high school that everyone bullied. But this thread is not about that so let's move on. :watermelon:

Grandma and I don't like tattoos, at least for us. Of our three kids, two really like the ink, one is adamantly opposed. Go figure.

There's a lot of ink that I like, but I have never seen anything - ink, photographic, charcoal, pencil, oil, water, anything - that I think I'd want to look at for the rest of my life, let alone carry it on my body.

Love them, when done right. I have a large one on my left shoulder, of our Mustang with a pin up, I love it. Right thigh is an awful small one I got done when too young of a wizard. Husband has a terrible one on his hand of a skull. It's large, covering the whole of the back of his hand. I love it as it's just part of him. It's not "held him back" though. I enjoy tattoo shows too.
