This is for those who enjoyed Freddie Highmore in the Bates Motel. The good doctor comes on tonight. I am so looking forward to seeing Freddie once again. (Even though he will not be Norman).

He's such a good actor, and given that he is playing an autistic character, I expect to see nothing but great acting from him.
They have advertised this pretty heavy-so am hoping it is good.
Planning on watching it too. Very excited, I hope they do a lot with the storyline.
Freddie as always knocked it out of the ball park. He is so talented.
It wasn't too bad. A bit choppy, but overall enjoyable. I'll keep watching.

I am a big fan of Freddie Highmore. I am becoming a fan girl.
I watched the first episode. It was good. I don't know the lad as I never watched Bates. I do like his acting.
I just started watching this and I like it so far. You have to suspend your idea of reality a bit for this (as with most medical shows) but Freddie's character makes it good. Dr. Murphy has some great bedside manner

Dr. Murphy reminds me of a doctor that visited me the only time I've ever been hospitalized. I was admitted for tests and a doctor came by to look at my MRI. He walked into my room while he was looking at his chart, he looked up and said, "are you Joe"? I said, "yes" and he said, "oh, I thought you were in a coma."

I liked The Good Doctor as the character grew and developed. It also presented people on the autism scale in a positive and realistic way.
I hope that they bring back the Good Doctor in the Fall. It was amazing!!

You make me laugh - Love it!
Looking forward to Season 2, the last episode was a bit of a cliffhanger. His facial expressions are excellent. Really has a good handle on the character.
