He showed him a hole in the rafters that was the size of a quarter and presumably where the mouse lived. It wafted of peppermint.

Harry Terwilliger's. It was loud and rattled.

Steamboat Willy.

His relation to the governor by marriage.

I need to get the book and read it again.
I first got the paperback series when it was published in serial form, from my local grocery store.
That was fun anticipating and anxiously looking for it every week or month, whatever it was, been quite awhile.
