Hi all,

Just popping in quick between chores and errands. Have both kiddos today but only one car seat, so Scott and I are sharing the errand running.

We got 6 inches of snow on Tuesday. Another (possible) 6 inches due tonight. So very tired of winter.

Ali has a band concert tonight and field trip tomorrow. Ty's class is supposed to go to Devil's Tower tomorrow but I am thinking they will cancel because of the weather. He will be disappointed, Devil's Tower is one if his very favorite places to go.

Hope everyone is well. Hoping things slow down so I can be here more very soon. Big hugs and positive vibes to all.

Well, the 6 inches of snow we were supposed to get by 6 pm tonight is already around 8 inches and still falling heavily. We are going to end up with much more by 6 tonight.

School is on a 2 hr delay as of now. Remember what I said last month about burning the snow day? Field trip is cancelled.

At least the wind is not blowing...but the way the trees are drooping, it might be better if it did blow a little.

SIGH.

I am still a sick puppy

Had to return to see the doctor and this time he gave me a five day course of quick acting antibiotics (azithromycin)

I feel pretty miserable - woke up this morning with sore throat, runny nose, and what looks like conjunctivitis in both eyes.

Since I have to work both Saturday and Sunday but I am off today I am keeping the fingers crossed that the two pills I took yesterday, followed by the one this morning will do the trick.

Directions say to take two the first day then one tablet for the next three days.


p.s. of course I will continue to take the rest of the package, but I just want this thing to be over (yesterday!)

Tried to upload a pic, but it is not working. We held a tape measure up on our deck...10 inches!!

I should have gone to the grocery store yesterday. Then we would have gotten nothing.

I'd have to double up on my anti-depressants if that happened here! Stay safe and hopefully by the time we get back from our hiatus, you'll be seeing green grass with no white stuff until next winter.
