OK, you can take out your shovels and prepare my burial!! I'm back from the first floorball of the season and i'm too tired to even take a breath. My muscles feel like they been beaten up and lie bleeding in an alley. My back, my lower back, is screaming that i'm an idiot to do this still. (it probably has a point there). And i know it will take some hours before i can sleep and have winded down enough. And i just now it will feel worse tomorrow and even worse on thursday. Wish me luck these next couple of days. I will need it if i ever can get out of bed. Now i'll read a little and then try to sleep.
Maybe you need a deep tissue massage? Is massage covered on your work health insurance plan? Really any excuse to get a massage is great but in your case it sounds like you could use one!

Healing vibes Kurben :encouragement:

Actually i have booked a time tuesday. First time the masseuse is back after the summer. She is from Peru and her fingers feels like they are made of steel but it does feel good afterwards. The work supply the massage. It costs you 8 US dollars that are drawn from your salary but thats nothing compared to what it would cost. The work place pays the bigger part of the real price. And it feels really good....

I had a major revolution this weekend. So as some of you may know, I like joe hill, and he helped me get through a ****ty time about two years ago, and at that point it was really important for me to write him a fan letter to tell him how much his writing has helped me. Well fast forwarded to today and I was thinking you know it’s not that important to me that he knows how his writing affected me, their is other ways to support him like buying his work. And besides dude is busy he is writing two novels and possibley comic books in the next few years, plus he has three boys and a new wife. Is he really going to read it? And besides will he really even care? I think I will just buy his stuff to support him. And tell other people how awsome he is
I have a theory that Mr. King has an active account on here. I think he talks to us often and we do not even know it is him. Maybe Mr. Hill does the same so he will see how much you appreciate him!

Good point. I know that one of joe hills best friends is on his fan page on Facebook. I may still write him a really short half page letter and leave it at that.

Good morning, Happy Hump Day!! :)

The kids all had great first days. I could barely keep up with all their chatter when they got home. Everyone talking at once. Alison never got lost and she really enjoyed her day. She is such a social butterfly, I guess it was silly of me to worry but it was her reaction after orientation that really got me going. But she hardly stopped to take a breath while talking and chattering and chirping about her day. :D

Ty was a little more muted, he is missing having his other half there. Even though they are a year apart, they are as close as any twin siblings. But he likes his teacher and he was almost as full of chatter as Ali. Ali's bus goes directly to his school in the afternoons, so they still get to walk home together. Evan was pretty pleased with his schedule and his day as well.

Ali's new glasses arrived yesterday so we picked those up.

I didn't watch any tv yesterday. I couldn't concentrate. Picked up my library book and read. Usually tv is best when I'm nervous but yesterday the book did the trick.

We voted last night in our primary election, when Scott got home from work.

Have a great day! Big hugs and positive vibes to all. :love_heart:

Well I’m down ten pounds total now!
A few questions: does anyone know anything about Gulf Shores Alabama? We are vacationing there in December.
Is there anyone else wanting to participate in the Halloween Story? I’m looking for an alternate at this point.

It's beautiful. I was not expecting this in Alabama. I was young and uninformed at the time. Wow, this is Alabama? Had a vision in my mind, guess because of movies. Unfortunately , just passing through.
That’s what I am thinking, but I know that Kevin’s parents never choose shoddily when it comes to the annual family reunion trip!

It is three hours from me. I've been countless times over my life. It's mostly condos, hotels, restaurants and touristy shops but there are some nice remote islands and quieter beaches nearby. December will be a good time to go and since you're a New Englander it'll feel warm. It's a beautiful spot for any time of year. Pack a hoody or windbreaker. There's a couple of seafood places I like but I need to double check the names. I will get back to you.
