Yup - and it's still a bit chilly here (most of the snow is melted finally).

I bought the above cherry wood heater [Comfort Zone] for 10 bucks from my across the laneway neighbor's daughter. They were having an estate sale as both Mom and Dad are now in care homes.

Just went over there to say hello but ended up getting a couple of knick knacks and the heater.

Ed was a great guy and a good neighbor who cared for his sick wife for many years. He just had a stroke and is now quite incapacitated but at least they managed to get him into the same nursing home as his wife.

Hello everybody.
Just dropping in to say Hello, it`s been a while.
Hoping you are all doing well and that you are finally enjoying Spring, it sure took a long time to get here.
We are all OK, thank God, nothing really special to say.
No news are the best news, right?
Working away on my novel, the kiddo is getting taller by the second and like all parents in the world, I`m wondering where the time has gone. But, there is still time to enjoy the fairy tale which her childhood is, I know that these are the best of times I ever had or ever will have, so I`m trying to enjoy every single moment of it to the fullest.
Wife is good, she is also saying Hi to you.
Other than that...we are trying to save up money to go and visit our family back in the old country, but I don`t think I can swing it for all 3 of us to go, the plane tickets are so unbelievably expensive and even though my biggest wish is to see my daughter and my Mom meet each other and watch how they spent time together, by all likelihood that will not happen this year, but there is a chance that two persons can go, so I would stay home and send my wife and kid to visit, I would have to wait.
Hoping you are all doing more than good, love you and think about you as always.

Hello, Tet!
I'm missing you all so. I could rant about how busy I am, but isn't everyone? I'm good, I hope you're good. In spite of busy, I've had some fun. I recently went bowling with some friends. You should have seen us with our table full of Biofreeze, IcyHot, Advil, Aleve. I sneeze about 10,000 times a day and my eyes are itchy. I love rain, but even I have had enough. Where's spring? It's still cold down here. Weather has been God awful. I'm ready for summer.

I can tell by the slamming doors upstairs that it's time to drive my daughter to school. I gotta go! Wishing you well. I do check the board at work when I can and try to keep up with what's going on with everyone - keeping you all in my thoughts. Things are calm in my house and that's the best thing ever. No drama, no illness, no legal trouble. Good times!

Ok guys, I'm getting a tattoo covered up in the next couple of weeks, I'm just in the process of getting the design right with the tattooist, it does have some personal meaning but also there are some subtle nods to The Dark Tower, the tattoo will include a rose, a key and a pocket watch, I was toying with the idea of having the 'Ka' symbol in the place of a makers mark on the pocket watch, so will be there but just a small detail, the big question is, what time should I have on the watch?! I was thinking 7PM which would also be 19:00...Do you guys have any thoughts?

I guess (depending on where you live) 1900 hours would be either "Just After Sunset" or possibly 'Full Dark, No Stars'?
