Egg nog anybody?

Yes please - I am on a liquid diet and I am getting tired of cream of wheat, runny oatmeal, soup and more soup, yogurt etc. Unfortunately I will have to have mine straight up (no alcohol in mine!)

The face swelling got worse on the 2nd day but hubby has been supportive - letting me sleep as much as I want, bringing in firewood so we can have a nice hot fire in the living room, etc. The two cats were actually leery of him at first but they are okay now.

Morning everyone. I've got my works Christmas party today. We get taken out and treated to lunch in a posh hotel in Tunbridge Wells today, free wine all day and games in the afternoon. Got a fab 50's dress to wear, I've googled how to do 50's make up, and have to set my pin curls. I'm probably going to look like Pennywise but hey ho, should be fun. It is minus 31 degrees here today (without any wind chill) so it's a frosty one! I'll take some of that hot chocolate or maybe even a herbal tea ((Spidey~!)) before I have to go brave the cold to see my doctor today.
