How much are the rooms per night?...that's where we want to plant for the week...rooms are nice and clean, and their complimentary breakfasts are pretty dang nice...even have cookies!!!!...so now you know why I endorse them...
They appear to even have a wee garden - that is very civilized of them!
For those who choose to go camping, are there any campgrounds nearby?
There is no way we are towing our tent trailer all the way down there even if I have a week off, but it will be nice to drive around and see the local sites as well.

...then they have raised their rates in the last year...we were just there last Summer...my apologies...there are plenty of other accommodations, I only suggested it-not like I required booking there...they ain't payin' me to lodge at their place...plus, if all one is going to do is find negatives, then find somewhere else to do it...I'm trying to do this for ALL of us that would like to keep the Kon alive after it's inaugural year and I won't tolerate digs and snark...be forewarned...Country Inn Suites nightly rates for these dates:

Dude, I'm not trying to find negatives. People have expressed concern about paying a lot for a room. I'm one of 'em. I'm just trying to help find something that everybody can afford. ...dammit!...so hoped you could be there...This trip doesn't really look like it's in the cards for me, but I AM a camper. I love to camp, so I'll just wing it - if I can make it, I'll bring a tent.
