Do I have to wait to start re-reading? I’ve read this book many times but I’m excited to do so again. When can I start? Also, have you thought about doing a Skype meetup for these discussions?
Everyone should have completed Part One by the time of first meeting.
I have not had great luck with Skype. It's a good idea and I've seen book groups implement it but I'm not going to try, LOL. Also, I'm not extroverted like you are. You should totally do a group discussion on a different King book.

Woooo! So excited to finally discuss this book in a group. Hazmat suit pressed and hanging in my closet for the 4th!
