If the older ones have not been collected by now, it's unlikely they will be. There are many on that list that he would prefer not be reprinted and some others have been co-written so would not be just his decision. A couple of those titles I don't even recognize, e.g. Woman with Child. I'm having a senior moment with that one.

It's a poem (so are a few others there) that was printed in an issue of Contraband way back before Carrie, I believe. And I have senior moments more and more often lately ;;D

That helped me find it. Appears to have been published in 1971 along with the other poem, "She has gone to sleep while". I see a lot of names I recognize from Steve's college days for that publication.

Yep, it's an oldie. I think a few of the poems that were printed in Contraband (from a different issue than the one containing Woman With Child and She Has Gone to Sleep While) were reprinted in The Devil's Wine, but copies of that seem to go for quite a bit.

The Devil's Wine had 6 of the poems published. We've got the titles listed here.
