Using a line from Shawshank

My name is Eddie Goldfine. I am a graphic Designer from Tel Aviv and a big fan of your work, books and movies. in 1990 the Hebrew translation of IT was published and I was approached by the publishers to design the cover (which is still n print). I am currently re-designing my web site and wanted to use the line from Shawshank "If you've come this far, maybe you're willing to come a little further..." in my contact page. (attached design)

How do I get approval from Mr. King?

That should be fine as it is only the one line and you are citing the source material as well as attributing it to Stephen.
