Version questions

I have looked all over for this info and cant find it. I have a copy of carrie printed 1974 I looked in the back for the code and it is mp6ff. It is not on page 199 it is on an un numbered page 2nd to last of the book. When I look it up it shows up as a code for firestarter.

The second question is I have a copy of the shining that has no dust cover but book is olive green with black text on spine.

Can anyone tell me what editions these are.
