Spent a little time yesterday watching Nolan North, who plays Nathan Drake in the Uncharted game series, play the game. He has never played any of them before. I was completely entranced. Because, never too many ways to waste time! :D

The Uncharted games are some of my favorites and I love this guy's voice. Love it. It was fun watching him play his character. And get some cool inside info from when they were making the game.
I love watching gamers do their thing. It's fascinating and yes, you get to just sit back and enjoy all the information they give. And it's sort of relaxing too.

If I was to try to game, I would have myself hanged, drawn and quartered within 5 minutes.

It's relaxing to get hanged, drawn and quartered too! Sometimes. Sometimes it just makes a person angry. :D

My daughter stumbled across it and showed me, since those are some of my favorite games. It was fun and I am going to keep watching new episodes as they do them!

Not really a gamer myself, but I do like watching and all the info I get whether I like it or not. I'd probably give up when it got reaaly hard.

Same here. It is really fun how they figure stuff out and how quick they react. I would still be learning how to hold a weapon as the bad guy mowed me down and then p*ssed on my corpse.

Been playing VTM: Bloodlines which is a vampire rpg game released for the PC eons ago but it got tons of major unofficial fixes this year and updated graphics. I mentioned it in the Shining thread because it pays homage to the Shining but it also pays homage to The Lost Boys and tons of other films. The Lost Boys easter egg is rare and it depends on dialog choices but the Shining level is a guarantee.

I’ve mostly just been going in and out of playing Nuclear Throne a whole lot. But I suddenly feel nostalgic for some of my old Zelda games, I want to go and replay a Link between worlds, a link to the past, and the Minnish Cap. I have completed every Zelda game at least once and I personally prefer the top-down ones rather than the 3D ones, the top-down games were more simple and fun and they all had good plots.

This was an interesting video looking at some of the renders for sprites in a Link Between Worlds

My love for The Legend of Zelda franchise is something I don’t think will ever die, even though I haven’t played some of the games in so long, I’ll always have find memories of playing them. I love how well done the story telling of the games is.

But yeah top-down Zelda’s are better than the 3D Zelda’s, unpopular opinion. I mean my favorite game in the entire franchise is Oracle of Seasons, the game most people forget about. I’m also super excited for the HD remake of Link’s Awakening.
