Work. Rehearsal. Work on presentation for my Economics class.

Last class of that miserable course is Monday. Bonus, professor is not enabling the online exam until after class on Monday. So, no break at all before the next barrel of fun (Managerial Accounting) that starts the following Monday. So much fun

I'm preparing* myself for an unpleasant appointment with the company doctor tomorrow. I've been home since May because of a burn-out, and it looks like I'll have to start again soon. Other than that, just the usual; vacuuming, groceries, dishes...

*Ignoring the prospect and imagining the appointment is already over.

Good luck - hope all goes well - maybe he or she will recommend a gradual return to work type of schedule i.e. half days to start?

I was up in Brunswick, ME this weekend for my godson's birthday. The Days Inn I stayed at was a dump Very scenic. Great view of the Walmart parking lot.

It was the only place around that had rooms for reasonable rates. The other motels / hotels were pretty much sold out. Due to new arrivals week at Bowdoin I'm guessing.

The party was OK. Got to see my some friends I don't see very often. Drive back to MA took waaaay to long. Almost 4 hours with the traffic.

Finally found an orthodontist within driving distance who accepts my daughter's medicaid insurance. He's in the next town over, only 45 minutes away.
The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice, and scheduled an appointment for September.
