Today was the third day I was in pain, so I decided to do something about it.

Two consultations later and some assertive action later, I've been home for a while now with bloody gauze in my mouth and having had a protein shake and pureed chicken-n-noodle soup (seriously - pureed chicken-n-noodle soup?) for dinner. The pain wasn't better for a while, but now with the help of ibuprofen and acetaminophen and a nap, it's pretty well gone.

Grandma is fussing over me too much, of course. Earth Nature Mother. That's what she does.

And now I'm even further behind on work. Hmph.

Firstly I want to apologize ahead of time for what I am about to type...(As many of you know by now I apparently can't help myself)

I'm a guy/husband/father so I have no idea what you are doing wrong...

Secondly I have never eaten a cooked crock pot, or raw one for that matter, so cannot comment...

Thirdly sit in my recliner and hunt for remote in the cushions?

Seriously my wife/nutritionist makes a pork loin doused in a heart healthy BBQ sauce (recipe from American Heart Association web site) that is wonderful. And I always help her clean the crock pot afterward. (She uses those liners :D)

Messed up the lower right side of my back and right leg on August 28 and today had my second visit each to the massage therapist and acupuncturist. These were back-to-back so I was there for two hours. The pain is now localized to the outside of my right hip and knee so too low for the chiropractor which will show him for going out of town! Some guys putting in a sidewalk can also do a driveway apron for us so I very cautiously moved some cement pavers and two small rocks and had one of the guys help me with a larger rock and we shall see how I fare.

That’s how my cats are. Especially Hobbes, who always forgets his manners when waiting in line for the food bowl, my other two wait their turn to get to the front of the line but he with his sky high ego walks up to the front and bites whoever it is.

OK since this is one of three I belong to and one of the others is like a sister to this one, never had this problem before...

Yep mentioning wrong name at wrong time will cause that...;;D
