Medium to dark roasted coffee, I don't drink tea at all. On the other hand, I have this quirk of occasionally putting apple juice on my coffee, instead of milk. That kind of tastes like tea.

This might be a good idea for my son - he has to fast on Friday morning and can only have black tea or coffee or clear juices!
You might be right, with that mixture of mine, there never seems to be any urge to eat anything in the near future.

I am totally guilty of putting a home made milkshake into a coffee mug so people think I'm drinking a grown-up beverage. I'm so ashamed.

You could easily make this. Go to Michael's craft store. They have mugs and buy a pen for writing on ceramic. You will probably have to bake it to seal it. You could also decorate it with pretty flowers or something along the top edge. Very cool.
