Well, you sort of can buy money with money, I suppose...by investing it.

When you say more time, do you mean extended life, or just more time to do something? I assume it is the latter. In that case, I would have to select health. I suppose it could mean extended life, but not necessarily without chronic pain, etc. Otherwise, the choice would be obvious.
No, because investing is saving, while buying is spending.

Yes I meant more time in a day or more free time (not extended life) - I'd rather have 30 more years healthy than 40 more with 10 of them being "health hell".
An old friend had a severe stroke years ago. He's only a couple years older than I am. His life is awful now and he's a major burden on his sister and brother-in-law. I pray something like this doesn't happen to me, I'd hope not to survive. So I hear you KingEtoh.

Vote: Other

My initial gut response is poverty, simply because it was the only thing I could think of that qualifies as something money can't buy. I was tempted to assume that it must therefore be my choice by default.

But when reconsidering the question, I felt that nothing would be a better answer to the question, as I do not want to be impoverished. Unfortunately, I think it's fairly common that money buys nothing (scams come to mind), so even nothing is not really an acceptable answer...

So, what I want that money can't buy is an answer to the question, "What would I want that money can't buy?"

Please add this option as well as a button that will alow me to rescind my current vote :p

Hmm, how does the old adage go, if it looks like love, and it feels like love, then it must be a duck.
A duck.
Nahhh dat ain't right...s'okay let's see, now if it....
:chew:

:eyebrow:

Scratch my previous post. My new vote:
A duck.

:barbershop_quartet_member: Side note, I can't believe this forum has a "vomit Silly String in the middle of my nap" emoticon. You'd be horrified by the number of times I have been forced to use terribly inadequate smiley faces when this would have been perfect :/

Money can't buy happiness, but what it can buy you is a bunch of cool stuff so you can drown in loneliness and misery while at the height of luxury ;)

Also technically you can use money to adopt a cat and isn't that all you need to be happy? :)

in my short almsot 30 years here on earth i have lost two people so very close to me, the pain is unreal at times.. id give anything to go back in time an soak up more time, quality time with the two people who loved me so much and i them. id give up money, a nice house, ...id take a crap car, a minimum wage job, goodwill clothes if i could just go back and see them again... life is so short. one is my great grandmother who helped raise me until i was 7 whom i lost at 20 years old and my grandpa, who gave me way more credit than i ever deserved, whom i lost two years ago. cherish the ones you have, cherish everyday you wake up, you never know when it could be the last.
