Me too. I also hope is has a sense of humor. Revival and Dr. Sleep were so serious and such downers.

Right. And, for all its faults, Dome served up lots of funny stuff. Chef and Andy (kinda a Mayberry version of Breaking Bad), Sloppy Sam, heck, even Big Jim, as evil as he was, just cracked me up. Such old school, vintage King.

I'd really like a return to Castle Rock. It's been close to thirty years since we've walked those small town streets. I wanna know what's been going on.

Agree 100% with all you say. I think he's at his best with these types of books. Let's hope!

Brilliant observations friends!
I agree with all of that - even thought Revival and Dr. Sleep are among my favorites. You just can't beat those epic novels that include an entire town as the cast of characters. There's something for everyone. And much comedy.

And a certain big-bosomed police officer whose thoughts show her
disguising herself as the Little Mermaid, wearing a balaclava so no one will recognize her (never mind her silhouette would probably be unique in the entire town) and wearing lead panties (fashionably high-cut on the sides).
