Both GNTL and Srbo do seem to be reacting to the new site, change can be off-putting... but we all went through it. I suspect they'll be back in their own good time... after all, this board is and can only be as good as the people using it.
Both of them have always said they are here for the people and if this is so... then they'll eventually want to gravitate back to us.

We have done this so many times that the old board was sorta like the new board for me for bout six years lol

I hate change. But I also know people don't move to a whole new place just for fun.

It was easy to find....I didn't need to follow a trail of cookie crumbs. And I know I'll get used to it.

But, I do have a suggestion for everyone. If you are in contact with people who you haven't seen post here, send them a message privately to let them know about the move. If someone has the address to the old message board saved, it won't take them here.

Good idea, AnnaMarie--but just also wanted to let you know that there are redirects all over the old MB, once folks realise they can't post to it, hopefully they will notice one of the links.

I've only been able to find the message count which is almost twice as high as my post count on the old board...

Very well stated. It's always hard when we change boards and it always upsets a few. I enjoy watching my post count increase too, but I don't post for that reason. I like to have fun and I won't put a number on that. The people here mean more to me than that. I don't care to outshine anyone and I appreciate the fact that Stephen King pays for all of this and because of that I've met some wonderful people.

I found the post count shortly after I made this post. haha. And you're right, I think we will all come around eventually.
