I read them as they were published. I have Wind Through the Keyhole, but haven't read it. Not sure why,
I think I am saving it for some reason .....
Can you believe that was the first one I read (even before the Gunslinger). I then went on to go buy the entire series. I shared a nice copy of Song of Susannah with a good friend in North Dakota and she reciprocated (surprised me!) by mailing me a beautiful copy of 11/22/63 in hardcover :reading::m_adore:

I've yet to read it either, (ither?) and I don't know why. I just kinda don't want to for some reason. It ended for me with the last book.

Till the next time I read it.
It is a stand alone book, NN. Just think of it like a family gathering, old friends coming together/ a reunion of sorts, to share a meal and tell stories. Do read it and enjoy meeting old friends again.

If Oy is there, I think it would gut me

Roland tells them a story while they are taking shelter from a Starkblast

I would mail you this book if you like - just send my your mailing address in a conversation and I would be happy to give it to you!

Thank you, Neesy. That is very kind. I have the book, I have just not read it.
Because I did not want to know. (or spoiled) :distress:

With Spidey's comment, I just might.

Ok- you have taken the entire journey, but you must remember WTTK takes place after Wizards and Glass and before Wolves-
so the Tet is together. As Neesy said-- think of it as stop in their journey.

By Reading WTTK you will rejoining the Tet- going back home for a visit via the book. Think of it, maybe, as a photo album. You are looking "back" at family photos (words/ story). I really think you will enjoy it. And as a surprise, it becomes a story within a story within a story.

Oh my. Thank you for taking the time to explain it. If anyone knows the Journey so well , it is you, spidey. And if you are ok with going back. I will read it.

Yes, that's true, but I suppose I was referring to Gan, Sai King, as the author of all...
Wow, that's a very kind offer, but I couldn't accept. I will end up reading it from the library, I guess, and I need to read Finders Keepers while I'm at it. Did you enjoy Wind Through the Keyhole?
I did like it. Stories within stories interest me :) If you change your mind, I'm completely serious. I have to get rid of my extras, and I like to see them go to good homes. If I don't rehome them (lol) they go to the secondhand shop, where they might get put through a shredder if the store has too many books. Shipping media mail is CHEAP :)
