Who Would Love to see a Derry TV Series

How about a series where Soupy Sales haunts the pre-dawn streets of Derry, urging all the little kids to steal their parents money and send it all to him?

It seems like there are so many tie-ins to this little Maine town! I envisage a show similar to Haven, but with a much MUCH darker tone. Ever since I read 11.23.63, I thought a series dedicated to Derry, Maine (and hopefully not butchered like 11.23.63) would be awesome. Especially if it tied in all the little story arcs from all the associated King books!

Great idea....I think it would be great if it were a new story every week. I don't know if you remember, but there was a great anthology series awhile back called Masters of Horror. Really good stuff, but I think it was a little to graphic for prime time.

Update on this.....I think its the same thing...but I read somewhere that J.J Abrams will be involved.

Sighhhhhhhhhh.....her is my issue with J.J. Abrams..if this is true! The show's that he is involved in START out great.....the first few seasons are good....but then the series goes off in to La La Land. Think Lost, Alias and Fringe......the endings were horrible!....At least in my opinion.

Hell yeah, I've always found Derry more interesting than Castle Rock.
