After it all ends and they are escaping the sewers Bills help Beverly up out of the sewers and she tells him she loves him and prays that Audra will be alright. Bill then says thank you with a kind smile and then Beverly starts to cry a little. Why do you think Beverly is cry? Is it because she feels bad for having an affair with him or because bill chooses his wife over her?

I don't think it is related to either. I think she is crying because she senses this time it is truly over, and that they will all be parting soon. Their affair was an echo of the past, not something that in the context of what they just went through is going to cause emotional strife. I think it is just a normal, emotional reaction to getting out alive and knowing that most of the people (Bill in particular) with whom she shared a foxhole will soon be a fading memory.

Thanks again for commenting on my thread Robert Grey. Thanks for pointing that out to me I didn’t really look at it that way I guess I got caught up in the love.
