(It occurs to me now that this sums up the heart of Insomnia.)

One of the things I enjoyed the most about the novel was the 'intro' at the begin where King talks about how certain people wrote down things, but those who dealt with death did not. I was sad to see it wasn't in 30th anniversary edition for some reason. It was the icing on a well written cake.

Louis was the most normal of any King characters. Watching him try to rationalize the use of the Burial Ground has stuck with me for years.
