“I Believe In Father Christmas.” – Greg Lake

Preformed here at St Brides Church by Greg Lake (of Emerson, Lake & Palmer) and Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull)

I believe it came out on ELP's "Works" album, where Keith had a side, Greg had a side, Carl had a side, and their jam time on the fourth side.

It's a very pretty song, with eyes full of tinsel and fire, although it finishes up rather sourly. Halleluah, Noel, be it heaven or hell, and all that.

---------------

Mmmmm....I forgot one, and it truly is one of my favorites, and probably for sentimental reasons, but it's a good song anyway. The closest thing to heaven on this planet anywhere is a quiet Christmas morning in the Colorado snow.

Love the Dirt Band and wish they were still together.

My favourite swedish christmassong. Sung by Helen Sjöholm who once did Kristina from Duvemala around the world. The guy is Benny Andersson from ABBA. The song was written 1898 and was elected a Psalm in 1980-something. Nu tändas tusen juleljus means Now are thousanmd christmaslights lightened (about)
