Hands down (IMO), the best movie soundtrack is from Maximum Overdrive.
Who Made Who is a hard rock album by Australian band AC/DC, released in 1986 as the soundtrack to the Stephen King movie Maximum Overdrive. It was re-released in 2003 as part of the AC/DC Remasters series.
The film has a mid-1980s hard rock soundtrack composed entirely by the group AC/DC, King's favorite band. AC/DC's album Who Made Who was released as the Maximum Overdrive soundtrack. It includes the best-selling singles "Who Made Who", "You Shook Me All Night Long", and "Hells Bells".
Stephen must have paid one a pretty penny for the soundtrack. :)

I had that soundtrack on Cassette, brillant tape.
