I've never had too many problems with Amazon, this is the 2nd time a package of mine has been delayed. It was for the same reason, weather. I don't fault anyone for weather conditions. Incompetence is another issue. This happened to me more than once with walmart.com. I ordered 2 games from them, one it took them darn near a month to get it to me. The other one, my father ordered for me overnight since our local store didn't carry the game that day. It took them 6 days to send me a game, he ordered overnight.

I haven't used Amazon in a long time but never had a problem with them. Walmart.com sounds like a pain in the #ss.

Ordered a TV from Walmart.com the day after Thanksgiving. It arrived today. Paid $20 for shipping. I have been on the phone so much with these people the last two months; can’t decide if it’s worth all the time and annoyance to be reimbursed $20.

The Art Of The Dark Tower book originally sold for $40.00 so that $69 is way too much to pay. You can get it on Amazon brand new for around $35.

69 dollars Australian converts to around $55 USD so still a bit pricey but at least he would not have to pay for the shipping.
(I don't order books online so not sure how much shipping is, especially to Australia)

How long ago did you order?
Had to go to the store to get mine on release day..
There should be a number to call them,and you can get your local store number..
Always found that it takes most sellers AGES to answer e-mails,like it's the last thing they respond to..
Give them a call !

I preordered it at the beginning of the month, Steve. It was shipped on the 15th and they gave an eta of 3 to 5 working days. They said if it hasn't arrived in FIFTEEN working days to give them another call. Sheesh, at this rate they'll be editing Part Two by the time I get Part One! LOL

That's a mystery,although if you've ordered a special edition,maybe that's why there's a delay..

Wow those pics are amazing. Joe was so little, what house was that that they are In? Is it the pet cemetery house?

This is not the Pet Semetary house, at least it doesn't look like it to me, as that house was two stories tall and this one looks like it's only one floor. The gate and fence look a little rustic to me also. This might be one of their 'cabins' by the lake somewhere?
