Dana Jean got the story and posted it on the other thread.Cool and amazing things.I think it isYeah . . .not much info about it, thanks.
Thank you for posting this song. A few years ago I heard it on the Suzi Q Radio Show and since then it's been one of my favourites.
Okay, story time. I'm sorry, you guys just remind me of my stupid stories. I worked for doctors back in the day as a medical transcriptionist and we had a practice at the time of 7 guys. Well seeing as how our care was free, and you could see them at the drop of the hat, if you weren't feeling well, you could see one of them. I was feeling particularly icky one day, head and sinus and all that cold stuff and went to one of them. He was holding a light to my one ear and told me to put my hand over the other ear so the light wouldn't escape.
Now where's that Barbie song gone? It's going to take a lot to erase this one! This Stoopid Thread's for me 'cos......................

I did it.
And then felt like an idiot. I wasn't on top of my game, dammit. I was sick and I just did what he said. I think that's caused a lot of problems in history, and could have been the downfall of our clinic!
Gosh I'll bet her Ph.D. isn't in anatomy.Let me begin my stoopid story by telling you that my husband has a prosthetic leg. It's very realistic-looking, and so is the foot, but if he's wearing shorts and someone is very observant, they can tell it's a prosthesis. A girl I worked with (a Ph.D.!!) was looking at a picture someone took of us at the beach. My husband was wearing swim trunks and Teva sandals, so his leg and foot were visible. I saw the girl looking very puzzled, so I told her, "He has a prosthetic limb." She looked at it for a few seconds and asked, "But they were able to save his foot?"
