Please put on his big boy briefs and deal with it.

I'm not getting near that dude's briefs...........legal or otherwise.

Yeah, and you make fun of me almost every day....sometimes, several times a day......
Wait!! I could end up rich!!......I even have documentation!!!

I never.............

Isn't it time you cleaned up your hard drive and deleted some documents? Just a friendly reminder it's not like there is anything that you could use against me................:O_O:

Never????......HA! The blue raspberry thing alone left scars that may never heal.....
I keep telling you that I'm fragile, but you don't listen.....

I'll never delete those documents......I know they'll never make me rich, because I dish out as much as I take,
but they're good for a belly laugh, now and then :biggrin2:

Is it my fault that you get scars from not wearing your gloves? And, it is beyond me, how on earth you get scars from picking a fruit that doesn't exist!!

But, they made fun of him.

Did they? He accuses them of saying nasty stuff, name calling, etc. if that's true they should be charged. But all the video I've seen/heard does not include any of that.

They refer to him sleeping, they ponder whether the person to his left is with him, and joke about that guy eating while he sleeps (not wanting to share his food). But that is not insulting the guy who is sleeping.

Not from what I've heard, I was just stirring the pot. Sorry, thought that was pretty obvious.

I don't agree with the lawsuit but I also do not think ESPN's cameramen should have shown him for so long and for the commentators to talk about him like they did. I don;t think this would have happened, say, 10 years ago. I blame social media for lowering the bar on what is respectful of a person in a public situation. I'd be upset too if I were him.

I agree. Being in public doesn't entitle someone to belittle you and make fun of you.

Of course, I get upset by all the mean memes that are posted about people as well.

Just because people are sensitive doesn't give others a right to be mean and act like bullies. Sorry, but it doesn't.

We preach about bullying and then get upset when someone doesn't want to get bullied.

Talk about a frivolous suit. I'm pretty sure he knew before he sat down that the stadium has cameras, and that fans get shown on the big screen. It's the risk you run.
It wasn't on the big screen. It was on national television.

A fan who was shown sleeping during an ESPN broadcast of a recent New York Yankees-Boston Red Sox game is suing the TV network and two of its announcers for allegedly disparaging him during the telecast,

It didn't show on the big screen in the park? I guess all those people around him weren't looking at themselves on the screen, then.
Whatever. Either way, there's no case. It's frivolous and ridiculous.

What did they say about him that is offensive? From the video, not from the lawsuit.
