These moves are great is you've had classes or had time to practice.
Wonder how they recommend defending yourself from someone high on cocaine, who has thrown you through your front window and is now sitting on your chest in your front yard, trying to choke you to death......
It's okay.....probably would have come handy in 1989, when it actually happened. Luckily, a friend happened to be driving through the neighborhood, and pulled the a**hole off me just as I was turning blue.

Richard could tell you. He used to be an Army Ranger. He claims that defending against someone high on anything is actually easier to do but he would recommend knocking the person unconscious. That appears to be his favorite thing to do. He defended himself against a guy with a gun. He disarmed the guy and knocked him unconscious for a week.
