Hey Neesy - I'm making a Tofurky roast right now. Was thinking about your post from awhile back. They were backordered at the grocery store where I buy them for two whole weeks! When their truck came in on Friday, I bought three!!

I used to eat a type of mushroom burger made by Money's but it was hard to digest and had some bad side effects...

(Just Googled it and I have had their deli slices before. I think I liked the "Ham" flavored ones the best!

That is cute - I remember telling my son (when a whole truck load of cows went by) where they were going and what was going to happen to them. I thought he would be upset, but all he said was "mmmmm...hamburgers!"
