I might just do that for dinner. But i noticed that here in sweden they can't make a hamburger that is really yummy. Had one in Fort Collins, Colorado when i visited my brother that was an absolute dream of a burger. The Swedish burgers don't get close. I also had myself, just to be able to say i had eaten it, a buffalo burger once. Saw a few tamed buffaloes too... Really a sad sight.. I like to see the big hordes (is that the right word?) it's close - the correct word is "herds" of yesteryear when the indians, sorry, Native Americans, roamed the praries... I know, i know, i'm just a sentimental old fool.
Yes, of course, I love hamburgers with bacon and avocado.....but my absolute fave is the tart variety. No bacon or avocado?

Sorry for the incourtesy. But that visit was in 2011 and i had yet to learn of your existence. I hope i am forgiven? What???? You didn't stop by and say hi?????
Well, as a heart attack survivor, I do allow myself a burger now and then, and we've already had ours for a couple-week interval. Angus beef infused with cheddar and bacon, on the back porch grill, sprinkled with garlic, a chipotle seasoning, and grilled onions and mushrooms, topped off with pickes and spicy brown mustard. Don't tell my cardiologist. I don't do it often, and honestly, I like stuff like salmon just as much.... but it sure was good.
Thanks for the correction. And we do take pride in our meatballs. Many varieties. A place of pride on every christmas table too.Well, you guys might not be able to make a decent burger, but damn, you sure do know how to make meatballs.
I'll have mine with mayo, mustard, goat cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomato, please.
...Bison Burgers are quite good, and good for you because they are so lean....so extra bacon on top doesn't count...I might just do that for dinner. You're actually in Fort Collins or somewhere near like Boulder or a bit further away in colorado like Colorado springs?Yeah, since I just started here March of this year, my boundless indignation now suddenly implodes. 2011 was probably not a good year for burgers at my place anyway. You've heard of the Year of the Cat, Year of the Rat? That was the Year of the Heart Attack.

Yeah, me too. Been there twice. 2008 and 2011, Used it as a base for tours around the US. One weekend tour took us to Little big horn and back, another to Mesa Verde and another to Grand Canyon and Las Vegas ( I actually liked the Nevada desert more than Las Vegas). My place of residence at these visits were Fort collins. Rather close to the little river that floats through the city and on the denverside of the centre, not the rocky mountainside.I am actually in the garden spot of Fort Collins. Love it here.
