Alrighty then.
I've got some faves to dispense, but it sounds like you've got things covered.
And hey - if you don't get to them all, it's an excuse to return. You can't "do" NYC in one week, or a year, or even ten years. There's literally *that* much stuff to see and do.

Give me a list of things to do,places to see. And I'll see how many we do, and will make some of them a priority.

Ellis Island and its museum

pick a show on Broadway (I'd go see Bradley Cooper in The Elephant Man, or I'd catch The Book of Mormon, from the guys who created Southpark)

have a drink in the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center

the Guggenheim Museum, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright

experience the quintessential American chop house, Peter Lugar's. It's major $$$. (They don't accept credit cards - only U.S. checks or U.S. debit cards, or a Peter Lugar's account...and you need a coat and tie) - Welcome to Peter Lugers Steakhouse

go up to the crown in the Statue of Liberty

catch a baseball game of any kind, major or minor league - and don't get up when the ball is in play if you need the loo or another pint!

Nom Wah for dim sum, if you're into Chinese food - 12 best dim sum restaurants in New York City

Ray's for a slice of New York-style pizza. If you're in the know, you fold it in one hand and eat off it that way. Yes, it drips, but damn. Just....damn. Lots of locations.

Pick a walking tour. They're great, especially if you're into literary pub crawls or Edith Wharton's New York. - New York's Best Walking Tours - Visitor's Guide - New York Magazine

The Whitney Museum, with a new location that opens May 1. - Home | Whitney Museum of American Art
anything in Central Park, even the zoo.

Coney Island

...and then go pick a neighborhood pub.
Above all, have a great time! New York is a great playground.
