I really don't think it's necessary to be specifically inviting people to join. It isn't done for any other threads and this is an open forum not a Social Group like we had on the previous Board. However, not everybody is going to come on a weekend as that's their time to get a little break from the Board (say sorry, but that would be me and a few others who've already mentioned they take breaks on the weekend) so setting the party date for a one day event always on Saturdays is also going to exclude (granted by their choice) a lot of people so would like to throw out a suggestion that the party day change week to week.

Thing: Mon-Thurs nights most members are working the next morning (omg) and might not be easily induced into debauchery as much on a Friday night. So, maybe The Party ought to reliably be Friday nights (America EST).

Dana Jean and FlakeNoir come in on the weekend to moderate while I'm taking the time off so you might have to wait a bit if they're not here as they don't have set hours, but you wouldn't have to wait until Monday to get your post approved. :smile2: It won't take you long to get to that magic 100 number before you're off moderation.
