Don't take your health for granted. After spending Friday and Saturday at the hospital and now planning to go in today again (as well as Monday) I realize how serious something like a ruptured duodenal ulcer can be.

Andy was up North and had to be Med-Evac'd - from the time it burst until he finally got surgery it was over 24 hours. He is lucky he did not die :doc:
He is back to his old crabby self now, sitting up and eating Jello :tickled_pink:

My grandson, Kaden, now has his 2 front teeth missing, and now he whistles when he talks. Plus he has one bottom front one missing. I get him to smile, and then just crack up! I told him NOT to smile for his school picture this year!

He must smile for the picture! Laughs and potential future embarrassment for years to come!

You can show it to all of his girlfriends! Yesss.

Healing vibes for Andy, and some inner peace vibes for you, Neesy.

1) Yahoo has stopped offering me "Sincere Black Gentlemen" dating services (courtesy of my listening to lots of soul, blues, and Motown on Pandora, I suspect) and has started pushing bald men with beards. I'm not sure where that comes from :ops:

2) I'm heartily sick of the ads FB thinks I want to see. Yes, I am 48, but I'm not especially concerned about wrinkles, miracle weight loss, or 'bingo wings'. It's insulting that they would presume so because of age. My brother, who is 18 mos younger, and my husband, who is 18 mos older, don't get this crap. But I'm a female and over 30, so I MUST be concerned. :hell_boy:

YES, never take your health for granted...I will not go into my story, but it's a doozy. One year (2012) I'm rockin out at a RUSH concert with an ole MB friend, the next year, well, the next year changed my life forever. (as she typed through bandaged hands...)
Be well and stay well! :okay:
